Mr. Berger provides a soundboard for Marc Cuban to explain why he had to wheel and deal for a bunch of mediocre pieces after losing out on the Deron Williams sweepstakes. I almost always enjoy Ken’s work but this one seems to be all about propping Marc Cuban up. Seriously, what Mavs fan is excited about the acquisition of Elton Brand and Chris Kaman? The Darren Collison trade was the lone bright spot but it actually did nothing to help the Mavs pull closer to hanging with the likes of the Thunder and Lakers of the Western Conference. But hey, Mark Cuban knows what he is doing at all times. He's a self made billionaire so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
